About the Speaker: Pritam Shrestha
Pritam, Manager of Immigrant Programs & Services, has been working with academic projects in post-secondary institutions for the last three decades. With a basic degree in engineering followed by postgraduate degrees in business, he is a certified project management professional. In the last decade he has been involved in helping internationally trained newcomer individuals – engineers, IT professionals and supply chain professionals – to upgrade their technical skills and secure employment in their field in Canada. As an immigrant to Canada himself, he takes pride in this work, which he continues in his current role as the manager of immigrant programs and services at Humber College.
