Shane O’Neill, CPHR
He has been an HR professional for almost 30 years. He has worked in Forestry, Mining, Aerostructures Manufacturing, Consulting, Grocery Distribution, Steel Distribution, and now Technology Sales industries.
He has helped to build HR structures and grow multiple companies, creating opportunities for excellent jobs and excellent work environments. He’s been at Cansel for over 7 years and helped doubled the workforce in that time and constantly improved working conditions for Cancel’s employees. The goal at Cansel is to become one of Canada’s Top 100 employers.
