The SSENSE tech team is responsible for an international headless commerce platform. Working in an agile environment, our squads are made up of experienced innovators in Product Management, QA, Design, DevOps, Software Development, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Security. Our technology organization has been growing at a rate of 2X year-over-year and is doubling once again in 2022 as we expand across Canada, US, and Europe.
About the Speaker:
Martin has been in the recruitment world for more than 18 years. His love for recruitment has led him to focus on hard-to-fill roles in Information Technology and Engineering. Having worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruitment Lead, and Human Resources Manager through the years, Martin is currently the Manager of Talent Sourcing at SSENSE, where he leads a team of dedicated Talent Sourcers responsible for market research and building pipelines of qualified candidates.
