About the speaker: Pascal Theriault Pascal Theriault brings 5+ years of recruitment and selection experience across energy, agriculture, engineering systems integration, online grocery, software, and now health-tech businesses. He has hired and negotiated job offers with hundreds of candidates ranging from interns and new graduates up to VP-level positions across all teams and departments in these organizations. Pascal is passionate about DEIB in the workplace (and as it relates to hiring), providing an excellent and equitable Candidate Experience, advocating for the benefits of networking, and building employer and personal brands! Outside of work, Pascal enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his dog Astro, traveling and trying out new restaurants and breweries around Calgary.
