About the Speaker:
Stephanie Lachman-Doucet is a dynamic individual with experience driving organizational growth and efficiencies through the skillful design, development, deployment, and support of mission critical business processes and information systems.
Her experience spans numerous roles and a multitude of technologies. Over the course of her 30yr career, Stephanie has developed expertise in enterprise architecture, business process transformation, business analysis, business intelligence (BI), business analytics and application development. She is skilled in all phases, disciplines, and issues related to system development, the delivery and support of shared services, IT operations and IT project/program management.
She holds an HBSc in Computer Science (Gold Medal), a Masters of Management, and is CBAP, CBDA, PMP, PMI-PBA, TOGAF, ITILv4 Foundation and CSM certified. She is expressive speaker and instructor in project management, business analysis, agile approaches and ITIL/ITSM methodology and loves sharing her practical perspective with aspiring professionals.
