About the Speakers:
Brenden Stephen. Brenden has been finding creative solutions to training and Human Resources needs for 10 years now. Having grown up in the small town of Vanderhoof, BC, Brenden understands the need for clear communication and teamwork. After attending the University of Alberta, Brenden continued to educate himself and endears to be a lifelong learner. Brenden is committed to helping improve the environmental industry and works hard to live with an intentional focus on renewability and sustainability.
Marsha Ord. Marsha is a Project Administrative Assistant for the Employment Programs team at ECO Canada. Specifically working on wage funding, Marsha supports our Regional Coordinators in providing organizations and environmental professionals with wage subsidy support to further their environmental careers. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and over 6 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, and podcast production, Marsha brings a wide range of unique skills and passion to educate the workforce about green careers and the opportunities available to support environmental professionals.
