    • Introduction to Oral Anatomy (Teeth types, surfaces, common conditions)
    • Common Dental Procedures & Terms (fillings, crowns, root canals, etc.)
    • How to communicate clinical terms to patients effectively

    • Professional Communication & Etiquette in a Dental Office
