About the Speaker: Bailey facilitates the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) project which allows qualifying applicants to immigrate to Timmins to support labour market needs in the region. She mainly works with employers to promote the RNIP project and the benefits of immigration throughout the community. Bailey has lived in several countries, including Mexico, Spain and Germany.
Bailey holds an Honours International Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University. She also holds a Master’s degree in European and Russian Affairs from the University of Toronto.
