Skilled at implementing out of the box cost effective recruitment strategies using multi-platform digital marketing techniques to target the best talent. Proficient in creating employment branding and using targeted Social media platforms to attract, engage and get the “right” talent. Lubna has a passion for discovering amazing talent. Clients that she’s recruited for includes Morgan Stanley, Reuter, Bloomberg, Prudential Financial, and Hoffman-La Roche. She is currently employed with Fortinet as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
Having been with Fortinet for nearly two years, Kathy has worked as a Recruitment Coordinator and is currently a Talent Sourcer. As a Talent Sourcer, she provides support to the Recruitment Team by identifying, sourcing, and connecting with top talent from local to international markets. She is eager to help and guide candidates find their ideal role within Fortinet and consistently delivers a positive hiring experience.
Monica has been with Fortinet since mid-February 2022. Prior to this, she worked in HR and Talent Acquisition in the public sector, for employers including the Fraser Health Authority and the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
