I have over 5 years of HR experience specializing in recruitment within a variety of industries such as banking\, healthcare\, manufacturing\, retail\, etc. Tangerine is well known for being innovative and having an inclusive culture\, thus providing me with the opportunity to think outside of the box and be creative when faced with challenges. I have earned B. Management (Finance) from the University of Lethbridge\, B. Admin Diploma (Marketing) from SAIT and hold my CPHR professional HR designation. I have worked in Talent Acquisition for 18 years and worked many years in the Telecommunications industry before joining banking. I used to be on a mountain bike team in my younger years while living in Calgary. Later\, I decided I did not want to pursue psychology\, but still wanted to have a career where I could help people.
