Achievements include cofounding EQO\, the world’s first mobile social phonebook application with 3 million users in over 200 countries and US$12 million in venture capital financing; continued success in building large scale enterprise-grade applications for different industries.  John has proven product management experience with extensive background in agile software product development.\nKelcy MacMillan\, Talent Acquisition Advisor. She works with a small team of recruiters to implement the overall talent acquisition function across the organization. They do this by supporting the enhancements to the organization’s recruitment strategies\, providing talent acquisition guidance\, and coaching for leaders\, while building external talent connections and partnerships specifically for recruiting.\n \n \n
